How long is shipping?
We ship via USPS Priority which takes 2-3 business days. Shipping is not included with processing time.
How long is processing time?
Ready to ship wigs will ship within 1-3 business days. Pre order wigs takes 15-21 business days for processing time.
Do you accept rush orders?
Yes, we do offer rush order services for an additional fee. This option can be found at the Shop section in the menu bar.
Do you do custom color orders?
Yes, you may select “Build your own wig” option at the Shop section in the menu bar.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Do you offer wig installs?
Yes! However, wig must be from NR Extensions and hair must be braided down prior before appointment. You may book at the “Book an appointment” section in the menu bar.
Do you offer local pickup or drop off services?
Yes, we do. All information and policies for local pickup/drop off services can be found at the “Store Policy” section in the menu bar.
